Absolutely. we encourage applicants from all titles, backgrounds, and industries to apply.
Yes, we cover flight, lodging, festival tickets, and airport transport. Meals/incidentals not included.
No. We welcome doers from all backgrounds: industry professionals, entrepreneurs, students, or those between roles. Please note that Cannes Lions' Academies have different employment requirements.
Yes. If you graduated the same year of the program, you’re eligible for the Next Gen track.
There are no specific age requirements for any of the CC:DC general ambassador tracks. We encourage you to apply to the track that best aligns with where you are in your student / professional career and to reflect that in your application materials. Note- Cannes Lions Academies do have age requirements. If you are opting for that track please review them HERE.
Yes! We highly encourage returning applicants to reapply. Please note that application materials should have been updated from previous years.
Alumni programming is growing: virtual events, newsletters, and networking designed to carry momentum forward.
By applying to the Cannes Lion Academy Programs (Scholars) you are automatically entered in the pool of applicants in the CC:DC program. Should you not be selected, you will still be considered for the CC:DC Ambassador Program
Only applicants applying to the Cannes Lions Academy Scholar tracks (Creators Academy or Brand Marketers Academy) are required to submit a character reference or recommendation letter. Please visit the Cannes Lions Academy page HERE for a full list of requirements.
Applicants must be working on the brand side to be considered for the Brand Marketers Academy.
No. Only one video submission is required. We’ve updated our video requirements to closely align with the Cannes Lions Academy prompt.
