YOUNG CREATIVE ACADEMY

  • The Young Creative Academy offers 30 select places to professional creatives aged 30 years or under. This is an unrivalled opportunity to learn from Lions winners and industry greats in an intimate classroom setting.
  • As an Academy participant, CC:DC will have access to exclusive classroom content, peer-to-peer learning, a visit to the jury room, guided tours of the awards exhibition and exciting guest speakers. This is a unique experience curated by Bob Isherwood, an industry legend with over 40 years of agency expertise and over 8,000 awards to his name.
  • Since it launched in 2012, over 150 creative stars from companies like JWT, Y&R, Leo Burnett, Pixar, Disney, Al Jazera have taken their seat in the most creative training program in the industry. 

ROGER HATCHUEL ACADEMY

  • The Roger Hatchuel Academy is a five-day training course is designed to give students of advertising, communications and other creative disciplines the head-start they need to secure a role within the competitive creative industry post-graduation.
  • Students can expect a programme tailored to the current industry landscape, one which combines classroom sessions and a selection of official Festival content.
  • Academy students get full access to the Cannes Lions Festival, including the five Award Shows and the Young Lions Party. They will also have exclusive access to the Jury rooms, which are closed to all other attendees of the Festival. This is a unique way to navigate the world’s most important discussion of creativity in communications, and an unrivalled opportunity to network with other future Lions-winners.

YOUNG MARKETERS ACADEMY

  • The Young Marketers Academy offers 30 select places to professional marketers aged 30 years or under. This year, the Young Marketers Academy brings an exciting collaboration with Dentsu Aegis Network’s Craft Matters Creative Hack – an intensive five-day workshop that offers an unrivalled opportunity to learn from the CMOs of the world’s biggest brands, award-winning creatives and the world’s biggest tech companies in an intimate classroom setting. 
  • As an Academy participant, you will be inspired by a program of content that will include Cannes Lions seminars, exclusive classroom lectures from industry legends, a visit to the jury room, guided tours of the awards exhibition, exciting guest speakers and peer-to-peer learning. Through a series of workshops and exclusive experiences, you will encounter the latest innovations and thought leadership from Google, Facebook, Tencent, alongside CMOs of the world’s biggest brands and award-winning creatives. 
  • This is a unique experience curated by former P&G executives who have walked in your shoes and are now Cannes Lions veterans. 
  • Since it launched in 2011, over 300 marketers stars from companies like Google, S.C. Johnson, Red Bull, Dell, Estee Lauder, P&G, Unilever, Kraft Heinz, Ülker, Ancestory.com and many more have taken their seat in the most creative training program in the industry. 

YOUNG MEDIA ACADEMY

  • The Young Media Academy offers 30 select places to media professionals aged 30 years or under. This is an unrivalled opportunity to learn from inspirational agency executives, senior client executives, compelling entrepreneurs and award-winning creatives in an intimate classroom setting. The program is set up for discussion and intensive group work: you'll leave with a network that will last the rest of your life. 
  • As an Academy participant, you will have access to exclusive classroom content, peer-to-peer learning, a visit to the jury room, guided tours of the awards exhibition and exciting guest speakers. This is a unique experience curated by Jane Melvin, a strategist and creativity leader who has worked with the likes of Starbucks, UM, Leo Burnett, Disney, Shake Shack and the Coca Cola Company. 
  • Since it launched in 2013, over 130 media stars from companies like Mediacom, Starcom Mediavest, TheTradeDesk, Mindshare and Heat have taken their seat in the most creative training program developed specifically for young media gurus in the industry..
